Designed by architect Tiziano Lera, the residence draws on the principles of Feng Shui, bioarchitecture and biosystemic architecture and was recognised at the Campidoglio in 2023. Stone, timber, brass, glass, lighting, furniture and bespoke joinery were developed as one coordinated interior architecture project.

The kitchen combines tailored cabinetry, Calacatta Oro surfaces, appliances by V-ZUG and UNOX and GESSI fittings in a warm brushed bronze finish. Further materials include Patagonia quartzite, Royal Blue Bolivian marble, Verde Aver, Travertino Navona and Canaletto walnut.

Extending across approximately 100 sqm, the primary suite forms an independent private environment with three dedicated bathrooms, generous dressing areas and private terraces. A private cinema, custom bar, fully equipped Technogym gym, bespoke sauna, private vault and independent staff accommodation are integrated discreetly into the architecture.

The collection includes Tony Cragg’s Wild Relatives, a 2005 bronze, and Arnaldo Pomodoro’s Frammento, a 1972 bronze. Both works have documented provenance and certificates of authenticity through Tornabuoni Arte.

The residence offers 753 sqm of commercial area, more than 1,000 sqm of overall usable spaces, a 52 sqm private swimming pool, ten bathrooms and A4 energy class. Home automation, controlled mechanical ventilation, photovoltaic and solar thermal systems and advanced climate control complete a fully furnished, certified residence ready for transfer.
