Our story
1960
Our story begins in Versilia in the 1960s, when the Zanetti family entered the construction sector, building villas and residences across the area.
That experience shaped a practical understanding of property: not only its market value, but the quality of its design, materials and construction, and the possibilities each building may hold.
1996
In 1996, Fabrizio Zanetti expanded the family business by moving directly into property brokerage with a first agency in Massa.
Construction experience and the property market came together, forming an approach grounded in first-hand knowledge of buildings, the local area and the forces that shape value.
2016
A new chapter began in 2016, when Fabrizio Zanetti met Sergey Bashkyrtsev.
Deep local experience met an international view of the market, giving rise to the project that would bring Real Estate Advisor to Forte dei Marmi.
The aim was to create a real estate company defined by discretion, expertise and personal attention—placing the needs of buyers and sellers, rather than the property alone, at the centre of its work.

Real Estate Advisor found its home at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 115, in the heart of Forte dei Marmi.

Construction, renovation and property enhancement are carried out within the Group by Roma Imperiale Luxury Services, continuing a building tradition that began more than sixty years ago.
