Will I get an instant online price?
No. This form starts a personal conversation. A considered valuation requires an understanding of the property’s location, condition, size, documentation and market context.
Will my property be advertised after I submit this form?
No. Submitting the form requests contact; it is neither a sales instruction nor permission to publish. Any marketing arrangements are agreed later.
Do I need documents or the full address?
Not for the first enquiry. The location, property type and one contact detail are enough. We can then agree what further information and documents are needed.
