“Among our current ventures, one of the most notable is the construction of a villa in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, with four hundred square meters of living space divided into four suites, a gym, cinema, wine cellar, vault, two swimming pools, a jogging track, and a panoramic terrace-viewpoint, set within a fifteen-thousand-square-meter paradise,” announce the two entrepreneurs.
“Another gem is taking shape in Saturnia, surrounded by a hectare of unspoiled nature, near the thermal baths and a golf course designed by the celebrated architect Ronald Fream, in the picturesque Maremma countryside. A villa and a luxury suite will soon be available here.”
And there is more: an extraordinary villa is being acquired in Trentino, between Cortina d’Ampezzo and Alleghe, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites, for those who love skiing or seek a refreshing immersion in unspoiled nature in summer.
“To ensure complete exclusivity and comfort,” conclude Zanetti and Bashkyrtsev, “we will offer our guests the possibility of reaching every destination by private helicopter transfer, ultra-fast yacht, and luxury van.
